Farmville Building Guide - All the Buildings You Need in Farmville

Before you can buy a certain building, there is a specific level requirement for each. So that means, you need to level up fast if you want to have that exciting villa on your farm. Buildings are one of the major objects in Farmville, which create a big impact to the aesthetic appeal of the farm. Some of these buildings serve a special purpose as well such as storing items, and convenient way of stocking animals. You can also get a tremendous amount of exp every time you build them.

The following are the type of buildings found in the game:

Homes

The earliest level you could buy a home without using cash is level 19. If you want to buy one immediately, you can buy a Manor which will cost you 56 Farmville cash. In short, you will need to spend real money.

Manors are available in black and white, while cottages are varied into pink, black and brown. Alternatively, you may want to buy a Farm House in place of a Manor, if you do not have the cash to spend, but you need to reach level 26 first.

If your level is not quick enough, you may want to resort to cottages (60,000 each) by reaching level 19. A log cabin is also available by level 24, but I personally think it will make a field look dull and boring because its brown color adds up to the brown color of the tilled soil.

Try to speed up farming so you could buy the Villa, which is the ultimate home in Farmville. All the hard work will be payed off once you get to buy this at level 34, with a whooping price of 1,000,000 coins.The most expensive entity in the game! The villa is one of the two most noticeable structures in Farmville, the other one is the Estate which cost 600,000 coins.

Item Storage-Barns and Tool Shed

The tool shed and the barn provide room for 7 items at a time. If you want to have a bigger storage, you have to purchase an extra barn. Barns are readily available at the start of the game, but they would not be affordable unless you will opt to buy coins or cash with real money.

There are 7 different kinds of barns, each costing 27 farm cash and providing 800 exp each (with the exception of the red barn which could be purchased for 40,000 coins and yielding 400 exp). Available colors are red (basic), pink, black, blue, groovy, white, weathered barn.

Animal Storage - Chicken Coop and Dairy Farm

The chicken coop can store up to 20 chickens. If you want to gather the eggs, there is no need to click on the chickens individually. You just click the coop to gather all the eggs in one time. Same principle goes for the Dairy Farm, which is the counterpart for cows. It will allow you to milk up to twenty cows in one time.

Accessory buildings

This will include the green house, the workshop, windmill, silos and other structures whose main purpose is to simply enhance and beautify the farm. Some of them can only be purchased using cash which include pagoda house, tea house and tree house. Tiny bits such as the fruit stand, well, and rest tent add details to your farm.
